Every geek knows sleep is overrated. I bump into inspirational articles from time to time where they state various examples of hours that entrepreneurs sleep. It’s usually bullshit how much it affects your everyday life. Of course, there are health issues if the hours get below six, but not all people need eight hours every night. It’s all about getting used to your habits.
Elon Musk is a successful entrepreneur and billionaire, his net worth being over 11 billion dollars. He is known for Paypal, SpaceX, Tesla Inc, Hyperloop, SolarCity, OpenAI, and Zip2. Business Insider wrote today that he sleeps “almost exactly 6 hours on average.”. This is old, recycled news, originally from Reddit AMA, but not many knew.
It’s widely known you can get by easily with four hours of sleep if you take occasional naps and get used to the rhythm. Not all have sleeping bags with them like Musk, though. Geeky lifestyle at its best.
